Wiper wheel box panel fitment

I think I wil be on here with more questions the coming time.... Putting togehter the Cerbera again.... Naturally I did not take enough pictures when I took it apart.

The little panel, where the wheel boxes go through, is only fitted to the body by 2 rivets? Or should I also apply some kit? I think it was only held by 2 rivets, but I am not sure.

It's also clamped by the wiper spindle nuts
