Cancel Premium Bond withdrawal

Anyone successfully cancelled a Premium Bond withdrawal?

Long story short, after the December draw a large sum of money was set to be withdrawn to a bank account which will no longer to exist.

Logged in and I can’t see anyway of cancelling it

Surely the bank receiving the money will have put it into a holding account & it is them you need to contact.

Can you not change the linked bank account to the new account on your PB account online?

If not, can you not just keep the account open until the money is transfered into it after the Dec draw and then close it?
