C4 and Freesat (Humax)

All C4/E4 channels have disappeared from our EPG. All other channels are OK. Tried resetting all channels but still not there. Anyone with Freesat/Humax able to confirm if its only us.?

ETA - the channel slots are still showing in their normal places - all the programs are blank.
