Just had a warning come up on the display along with what looked like the TC off orange light however it was a separate light to that upon further review. Turned the car on and off a few times and it went away.

Anyone aware of this and what the problem might be?

Will book it in for a check up anyway.

TX.

Probably just ghosts in the machine, if it's gone off following turning the car off and on and it drives fine I wouldn't bother getting it looked at unless it comes back and stays on, all my M cars threw at least one light at some point, including those "STOP!" take to service partner ones and there was never an actual issue.

I had one come up in the F82 M4 when I accidentally hit a pothole at high speed with the drivers side rear wheel. I turned the car off and on and it went away, and I haven't seen it again since.

It’s a failing wheel speed sensor, it’ll just get worse over time unfortunately.

For some reason they fit poor quality sensors on M3/4’s.
