Audi TT mk2 stereo replacement

I’m trying to install a Sony XAV-AX1000 to my TT I just bought but can’t find a wiring adaptor that properly connects from the car to the universal on the Sony, does anyone know which kit to use ?
I bought a connects2 adapter CT20AU02 but the wiring just doesn’t seem to match up- see photos
