i know i may be being really stupid here but how do i actually invest in this please

The best, cheapest way will depend on how regularly you want to invest, and the amount.

And whether you want to do so in an ISA, LISA, SIPP account.

You just buy it, like you would buy a share. Decide how many, do you want to drip feed some money in every month etc. I have similar funds (maybe even this one actually) in my isa and SIPP

You need to open an account with an online stockbroker such as Hargreaves Landsdowne and then tell them to buy shares (units) in that ETF.
