Overhead sign flash Amber stop meaning?

Hello, for some reason the signs on the dual carriageway flash when my vehicle approaches them. It’s taxed and MOT’d but I have never seen it doing that for anyone else, just my vehicle. I’m not speeding and it happens on roads which have average speed and those that don’t - any ideas?

Like where they would warn for bad weather. Generally not on though local to me, but I Wayne it must be scanning the licence plates on the way past. Will take a photo of next one I go past.
