This was actually cut off a piece twice this size...... I've unrolled it and cut it into 4 pieces.... oiled, seasoned, then browned off before going in the slow cooker with a beef stock, worcester sauce and brown sauce covering it... But if the quality is good then who cares

Dos sound very good - might have to try that at some point.I do like the way baconsarney does it too though. I use Henderson's in place of WS, hold the brown sauce and add a bed of onions. On a buttered breadcake. Mmmmmmm. Brisket.
