Quite likely did more expensive damage to Jag than to bike. Driver is going to be the all round loser, and deservedly so. Except in rare cases of self defence you can't just drive through people, however annoying they may be.

Typical poor daily mail reporting, that is both repetitive yet says nothing.

We really need to understand what went on before.

Striking anyone or anything I'm a vehicle is not going to end well, and is crazy in all but a tiny few situations.

I feel, for now, it is a case of two idiots trying to out-stupid each other. But we don't know the reason the cyclist was in the road blocking the car initially.
