changed to NP&E?

hi Mods.... could you please advise why this was moved to NP&E, on the face of it it is very much general motoring related rather than news?

Routinely all threads with a news link will be moved to NP&E.

Just a thought - by doing that I've noted that a few contributors to that thread will now be excluded from it! ie. due to post count/months as a member.
