Always been hit and miss as to whether a film has played straight away without closing. However trying to watch the Autumn nations is a complete disaster. 5 minutes into the Wales/Georgia game it drops, 15 minutes it takes 3 attempts to reconnect then drops and won't reconnect. Can't believe it's my connection as Netflix and YouTube are stable first time every time.
Am I missing something or is this just a rubbish service with capacity?

Plus the sound on commentary involves Darleks and needs the bass turned right down to make it understandable.

I watched a couple of episodes of Jack Ryan this morning via a Roku streaming box and it was completely fine. No problems whatsoever.

Wi-fi or wired connections?

Been good for the last half an hour apart from the poor sound quality.

No issues here, picture and sound are fine, no drop outs. I suspect it's your connection

I get the same thing occasionally, Amazon prime lots of stuttering and buffering while every other service works perfectly. Drives me mad a times but haven't seen it for a few weeks

Interesting mix of answers bit most not having issues.
Video quality has been spot on since reconnecting this afternoon but sound still poor.
Sure it's not a connection issue as other services are spot on.
I'm going to load Prime on to a wired Apple box on another TV and see if there's an improvement.

Prime now loaded on to a wired Apple box, video and audio excellent. For that alone I can live with the 20 to 30 second delay between the two.
Convinced it's not the WiFi connection speed as other services are spot on but think, as someone suggested, it is the app on the TV. Wish I'd done this a while ago.
Appreciate all the comments.

The weird robotic sound effect happens to mine too when I run Prime through the TV, its OK via the old PS3 though.

I run the app on my TV, connected via wifi( LG C1) and it works flawlessly, even on 4k, Dolby Atmos encoded, shows.

Depending on the TV, I found that setting the sound to stereo, rather than best available, can help
