Any users here? The prospect of a £70 taxi fare or a £52 overnight hire from Arnold Shark brought me to car club.

It's something I'd seen around before but not really taken much notice of. Always figured they were for the Greeny types that profess they don't need a car, until they do.

Anyways, I daily an Exige. CBA using it in this weather so it's Sorn until Feb. Until then I'm cycling, taxi or bus wker.
Signed up to car club this morning. Have booked a Toyota C-HR for tonight. Should I hand my PH card in and will I find piss on the seat?

I think ECC is a good idea, but the C-HR is such a dismal car that I hope you don’t cry yourself to sleep tonight. If you do, my condolences.

Just realised I am eligible for ECC as a student! Might have to try that out in Manchester when ever I need a car scratchchin

Seemed a good option to cover me for the few Winter months I'm without a car.
Reinstating the VED would be £43ish and guestimate rental tonight will be about £38.

Not OWNING it will prob make a few peoples hair fall out but I simply can't quantify a 2nd car however much I try. 5.5K this year and that included a 2.5k Euro trip!

Did you piss in the seat though?

Worked well for what it was.
I did have an old man confused look when starting the thing and the console lit up with about eight million buttons.
Felt like Leslie Neilsen in Airplane!
