Trouble is which one

Been admiring this watch for a while now just something different for the summer months. The company is American name is Straton movement is the Valijoux ETA 7750 with day date (model shown is the quartz) we all know how robust and easy to service the 7750 is even if a tad noisy. My problem is the colour I love the blue but really warmed to the Yellow as it will match the TR6 and along with the retro 70s look it would marry perfectly. So guys what would you choose.





The auto is £1100 the Quartz £450 given it would be just a Summer Watch worn mostly when out in the TR it would make sense to buy cheaper, but then I like my watches to be mechanical. Decision Decision.

Although I’m normally a sucker for a blue watch, in this instance I’d choose the yellow.
As you say, it really brings out the 70’s vibe, and would go well with a nice yellow TR6.

Yellow all day. Blue and orange faux Gulf colours are so played out.

It will certainly look at home with the TR

One of the things I love about the Straton is the complete 70s retro look, not surprisingly 70s was my era
