Expensive Ice Cream Going Cheap
Discussion
In response the the "Ice Cream Sauce" thread, ways of tarting up cheap ice cream to avoid buying expensive ice cream, i give you........the freezer section of Poundland!

So, my latest haul from top to bottom.
Katja Strawberry, Lemon & Raspberry frozen yogurt. This stuff is just amazing. I have about 10 pots in the freezer, as Poundland have a habit of getting you hooked and then the product disappears for ever, like your regular drug dealer getting murdered, leaving you high and dry
Katja Liquorice & Banana ice cream. Haven't tried this one yet, but had loads of various Katja ice creams before and they are always spot on.
Favourites Pecan & Caramel Bourbon Vanilla ice cream. Another absolute gem, have about 10 of these too. The whole family love this one, so it soon goes. Sometimes this is a pound, sometimes it's £1.50.
Smile Moments Almond Vanilla & Chocolate sauce ice cream. I only picked this up yesterday, never seen this brand before, so no idea what it'll be like. But at a pound for a 500ml tub, I thought I'd live dangerously. If it doesn't go down well, a scoop a day in the cat's bowl will get rid of it and it won't be money wasted. He loves ice cream.
Anyway, if you have a Poundland nearby, it's worth checking out.
