Mini Satnav Traffic Flow

Hi
We have a 2018 Cooper with XL nav and connected.
No matter how many check boxes we tick in the nav menus we cannot get the traffic flow to show on the maps. There are no green/orange/red traffic flow lines on the map. Been through all the YouTube videos.
