Having recently had the same challenge, I went for Yoko Advan V701s
Fronts in your size (my Griff is non PAS)
For rears drop the width to a 225/50, which actually matches the Estoril wheel width better (245 is a stretch, which won’t help) plus gives the same delta front to rear as a PAS car.
They feel good wet and dry, decent steering and ride, no issues with traction. I’m very pleased with them.
Did a back to back with another Griff owner on PH and these were miles better than the Rainsports he had gone for, and he was changing to V701s too

I know its subjective but I bought those for my daily I was really disappointed considering the glowing reviews I read before buying. Grip, especially wet grip, is noticeably less than the ones they replaced.Mr.Grooler said:

And change I did and very happy too - subjectively the best tyres I've had on the car in 16 years! Fronts in your size (my Griff is non PAS)

I'm going for 225/50 R15 at the front and 245/45 R16 at the rear to replace what I already have. Current tyres are over 10 year old tyres are getting too hard and I don't feel I can push them. Definitely too much understeer so looking for something a bit grippier. I would go 255 for the rears but cannot find any R16s.
225 front and rear worked well on my (4.0) Chim for years even though non-PAS, I do not think I would compromise to 225 on the Griff. Pity Bridgestone S02s are no longer available, best tyres I think I have had on the car although the S03 were not bad either.
