Sky box constantly losing signal

The past week or so my sky box is losing signal all the time, goes off for about 5 mins then may get 10/20 seconds of tv and loses it again, done all the resets, software update, nothing blocking dish and leads aren’t loose. Any other ideas what it could be?
I’m beginning to think sky are doing it on purpose to get me to upgrade as I’m getting bombarded with sky q deals all the time off them.
