I know about the sticky thread, but need help with choosing options.

We currently have a 2mb leased line, but due to the fact that our main use and requirement for this line has now gone abroad we're looking for a cheaper option.

The problem is, we're out in the sticks and according to the website checkers can only get 512k access.

I'm confused about BT's website and the answer from the guy on the phone.

http://www.btbroadbandoffice.com/broadband/btq3/bt8?campaignid=bthomepage
lists their buisness options.

He said that if we get the "Share" option then all users will share the 512k line but if we go for the "Network" option, each user will get 512k.

Is this some sort of hardware solution to sharing the line (like a hub or switch works) or is it something to do with putting extra connections in?

Is he taking crap, can't we then join multiples of these together to get a faster connection?

Other option in bonded ADSL, whick I'm also looking into.

The only difference i can see between those two is that "network" has fixed fault resolution times whereas "share" doesn't.
