You know like the movies, slobbing on the sofa with chopsticks and witty repartee.

Anyone do this in the UK?

Not a fan. They have them in all the takeaways here but, for me, chinese takeaway should come in a foil tin tray with a cardboard lid.

I was irrationally excited the first time I ordered Chinese after I moved to America. Visions of cardboard containers everywhere. Imagine my disappointment when everything came in plastic tubs!
On the bright side, our current Chinese does the rice in the cardboard cartons so I can still pretend I’m in a 90s sitcom
