Switch banks gone wrong

Applied to go to a different bank, everything was ok, but after ive uploaded my ID they said the image wasnt good enough but wont let me resubmit another attempt.
Have I begun a switch or will it just all be rejected now and i'll have to reapply and start again?

A call on Monday should sort that out, keep them on the phone until you get the image approved. Worst case I could expect the money to not disappear
