I’ve been buying the wife some much deserves Christmas presents which are all days out/things to do next year. Giving her things to look forward to for the whole year.

I’m stuck with ideas for things to book later in the year, most theatre/comedy events are either sold out already or you can’t book that far in advanced. So I’m looking for some suggestions on things to do next year.

So far I have booked
Spa day
Trip to NYC next Christmas
Pub in the park at Tunbridge Wells
Indoor Skiing lesson
10k run event biggrin

Looking for any sort of fun events that tickets are already available for. We are both late 30s if that helps

And we are in Surrey.

Was thinking a spa day nearby, but Pennyhill was £720 which seems mental!

Digger world is on our list. Tried to go a few weeks ago but seems to close for winter.

A couple of my mates run a kayaking business in Leigh on Sea in Essex. They regularly get fully booked in Spring/Summer and it appears to be a good way to spend a couple of hours having tried it. In the warmer months they do a "sun downer" paddle involving alcohol which appears to be massively over subscribed every time they put it up on their FB page and their pictures certainly back up the popularity. Perhaps something similar local to you would be a different thing for you both to try?

Yes great idea. Also reminded me of a shout to book a day indoor rock climbing which I’ll do.
