Blown fuse?
No idea where they are on your car.
Yes, I'm thinking the same. Looking at my fuse diagram there's nothing which states 'rear defogger'. Any idea what it could be under? No idea where they are on your car.
Im seeing low heat ouptut relay, heater control unit, Fresh air blower control unit, Air conditioning system control unit , Windscreen and rear window washer pump.
Also my rear side mirrors are getting heated.

It will either be a blown fuse or a broken wire where the wires pass through into the tailgate.
Checked every fuse and all seem to be good. Even did a test where I got a screwdriver (with light) and a grounded terminal, brushed these other the lines of rear window heating and nothing lighted up. So I am assuming there's no current going across this. I guess I have to check that tailgate wire.If anyone could help me figure this out would be super appreciative.
I have taken about a bunch of trim now to test wires for continuity. I have also taken apart the rear demister/defog button and tested if the button itself works, I have got both bulbs in it to light up when not connected to the harness.

The heated rear mirror button is E230. With ignition on I have tested T6am/3 with ground and it reads 12v, this lights the backlight for the button itself (not whether it is active or not). I am happy with this as this feature works correctly. T6am/5 red white also reads 12v this is the power to the switch
When testing T6am/1 with ground it reads 0V, this is for yellow illumination bulb when the defogger is on. Should this read any voltage when the switch isn't active? I'm not certain, so if anyone is aware please enlighten me.
When inspecting the rear of the boot, T5k/1 has continuity directly with the wires on the defogger, so I do not believe there is any break. However. T5k reads 0 volts with ignition on, is this normal, or is this where the problem lies?/

Many thanks for the help and support.
