Whats going on?

One year down the line, and the unthinkable has happened...I have become even more obsessed with the banana.

I have been posting on Rennlist regards suspension settings, reading tech specs in bed, and generally sinking deeper into the mire of the arch-anorak.

It gets worse, this afternoon I bought the following from Demon Tweaks:

1) Gloves - Due to excitement at v-max, my palms sweat more than MJ at a Disney premier, so....

2) I cannot find any new trainers or shoes that give the same feel as my old smelly pair of trainers, so....

I am almost ashamed to have bought such items that go with the yellow / black colour scheme of the car.

What can be done with me?

I tried pixie boots in the beetle t'other week and they were a liability: the grippy heel played havoc with what little carpet was left, should've kept the HPs on!

I bought a set of gloves a few years ago, but never used them, Thing is I never sweat at VMax etc, since I always leave the a/c on. I guess if someone ever goes faster I might have to try turning it off

As for boots, my Rockports or Timberlands have the required weight to bury the right pedal into the carpet, so do just fine...........

GuyR it's not about the a/c,,,clearly there is not enough drama or power with your car to make the adrenalin flow and make you sweat...you clearly need something much quicker.

I suspect my AC is not as efficient as your more modern system, Guy. Even with it blowing like a good 'un I still get sweaty palms....I could simply wipe my hands on my trousers, but wouldn't want to look like some pervy Vic Reeves character.
