Hi All
Just to keep you informed of the final details for the weekend, a couple of things have changed from the original plan back in January.
I took the decision to cancel the few trade stands we had a couple of weeks ago, the reason for this was simply lack of numbers, i didn`t want traders to drive
a long distance and set up a stand to find that they had very few "punters" to sell to, that wouldn`t be fair:(
With this in mind the proposed meeting time at GAYDON will be 10.30 So if you are arranging convoys ect this is the time to aim for.
The south coast convoy will be stopping at Cherwell Valley services at 10am before heading off to GAYDON, IF YOU ARE ARRIVING ON YOUR OWN FOLLOW THE SIGNS FOR THE EVENT WHEN YOU GET INTO THE VENUE.
It is the NORTH ARENA.
With the demise of Silverstone TVR and their kind offer of a BBQ our late afternoon/early evening entertainment will be a blast to join up with the lads at the GRIFF GROWL I have arranged this with Simon, so if we leave Gaydon early enough we could look around there/our ex:D trade stands? I then anticipate getting to "our" Hotel before dark(9.00pm)
To relax and  and :ranting: about our engines:hehe:
SUNDAY SANTA POD Is as the original thread we will be leaving in the morning time T.B.A:sleep:
Don`t forget to have a quick look on the RWYB website before you arrive:)
Well thats it for the time being any ??????? just post
Thanks Tony
