- big enough for 4 x 6 foot adults

If you found the Mazda a bit small then I'd say there are two options, if you want something newish with things like Android Auto/Carplay then the last gen Insignia is the pick:

On the Volvo's V70's... make sure it's a 5-pot D5.

I know the S80 got the 4-pot VEA at the end of its run and Id say there's no comparison...

Great cars, if you can find a good one with good history you'll be set for a good while.
