Proper Mumsnet topic here...... there are hundreds of pairs of shoes in need of disposal. All ladies, same size. Some barely used.

Any tips where I can offload these while Mrs is in mood to dispose of?

Whilst a big skip is simplist solution there is probably a lot of value tied up in them.

EBay? Either individually or as a job lot.

Vinted is a good option apparently.

True enough, it depends how much time the OP wants to invest in listing them.

Daughters like buying and selling on depop.

Please don't just throw them away; any number of charities will happily take them. You could also try your local Freecycle group.

Depends on whether you want to make any cash out of it.

If so then Vinted and if not your nearest charity shop.

No experience of Vinted, but when I had a couple of barely used pairs of shoes to sell I found they sold quickly and for good prices on Ebay.

EBay. If you take photos of the wifes feet wearing them you’ll magically find lots more interest and money from them.

I wouldn't try to sell them individually, surely they need to be sold in pairs. Although I suppose one legged folk need to be considered? smile

Cheaper than the skip!

Most even have recycling bins (usually in the supermarket/pub car parks), I used to drop mine off (unwanted clothing etc) at the TK Maxx stores.

Not really worth selling lower priced stuff on, as even brand new they don’t retail for much.

But, by all means - feel free to take some fancy photos (painted toes) and see where it takes you? hehe

We’re not talking about Jimmy Choo/Gucci/Prada here though. wink

Or on Facebook Marketplace.

Put WORN in the title and the shoe sniffers will magically appear!

This, get the Mrs a pedi and photo the shoe with her foot in it, you'll be quids in for Christmas!
