Say about 30cm tall x 2 and Bluetooth from your phone.

What would you recommend?

You want a pair of speakers? If you're happy with a single box then I can recommend the Audio Pro C10.

Or multiple c10. You can have up to 32 all playing simultaneously if you’re happy to use wifi.

I bought a pair of these earlier this year, not expecting much, but they sound fantastic.

Edifer R1280DB at £129 currently. You do need too hardwire the slave speaker to the one with amp in it though.

If you get two Nest Audio smart speakers you can set them to work in stereo mode and they don't have to be linked by a cable.

They are probably a bit too small for what you want, though they sound decent for the size and the voice control to play directly from Spotify or whatever you use, is very good.

Wonder if you can still get Yamaha NX-N500's? I love mine.

Very true. I find a single C10 is enough in my kitchen diner. Had to knock the bass back a bit as it's a very warm sounding speaker.
