In an effort to avoid the humorous negativity of the ‘worst’ thread, including the ‘mystery nail’, I thought I’d start this thread.

For me, a set of Wera hex keys and a tool bag.

No one in the immediate family was ill this year, and we all got together for some nice food and drink.

That for me was the best present this year :-)

My wife got me a Playforever car that I'd mentioned in passing back in April. Well, I say mentioned in passing, I think I probably said "isn't this ace I WANT IT I WANT IT I WANT IT".

Since which I'd completely forgotten. It trundles very nicely the entire length of our hall and bedroom.

Golf lessons from the wife which I asked for.
That is essentially permission to disappear most weekends for life.

New Makita circ saw, saw track and new Makita cordless drill with batteries - my old one broke just before Xmas.

BUT then my wife managed to wash my IPhone X so I had to spend £1200 on a new 14 pro.

Are you going to build a 009 layout? I've got the track and an engine one but haven't started my build yet.

A jumper from my eldest, by a small independant called "Don't feed the bears", they produce quirky clothing designs with random sketches of animals; a bear being the main focus, however the one that my daughter got me also has a dog on it that looks exactly like my youngest dog:



Got plenty of other great things but this one is my favourite.
