Ooooh.. I can't wait for this one!

So how good was it?

Whoever it was that said that 5th Gear was preferred over Top Gear - did you like your "max muppet" special?

Sorry... only trying to wind you up

Hmmm.. Quentin buying cheap cars and the Max P Cerbera. And did you notice the young lady with the custom Nova - she was the one that posted on here a while back, very well executed car but she hasn't been back since.

I understood it to be an L reg corsa GSI.

She was quite nice (funny teeth though)

£20k on that though, I wouldn't pay 5k.

Yip that TVR may have been an abomination but the lucky sod who owns the company will have got some serious exposure now the lucky swine.. I personally want more bike content in any of the 3 big motoring shows ie Top G, 5th G & Drivel so hopefully I will get my wish soon............

Missed 5th Gear last night picking up my now repaired car.
However, I believe "that TVR" you're all talking about is actually Carisma's show car. There is a huge difference between building a sports car, and building a show car. The latter are supposed to make you stop and stare, and maybe think WTF? The former are more refined, and generally nicer.
However, as Carsima are probably the best re-trimmers in the UK by far, the TVR has achieved it's initial intention, which was to promote the business. Job done as far as they're concerned, it even made it onto a national TV programme.
Subtle difference between marketing/advertising and building a drop-dead gorgeous car.
As for the person who built that Corsa, my God that is gross. I'm sorry but hold a match to the outside and it'd go up in one big wooosh. Plus the paintwork is extremely poor.
