2011 Qashqai 1.6 16v rear sidelights stuck on??

🎄Greetings🎄 the rear sidelights on the Qashqai just decided to stay on permanently the day before Xmas eve, typical.
Put the icarsoft reader on with no codes coming up, everything else comes on/goes off with the key as it should just the rear sidelights constantly on (hassle disconnecting battery when parked up). Inside fuse boxes look like new and tracing loom into bulkhead looks undisturbed.
Lots of posts with rear brake lights (use same bulbs) being stuck on and an easy pedal sensor fix but I have to get the weird one as my brake lights are fine. Its a long shot but any info to share would be awesome as I want to avoid the stealership and having to get things coded etc etc etc. Cheers.
