Does anyone have a successful technique to roast broccoli from frozen? I have tried various temperatures and baking durations, but always end up with way too much moisture which makes the broccoli soggy and not very appetizing at all.

Thanks in advance everyone.

Thaw it. Dry it on kitchen paper. Oil salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss it. Roast it on a hot flat tray turning regularly.

Roasted broccoli, is that even a thing? I once roasted some by accident when I switched the steam oven onto the wrong setting-the smell was atrocious.

It is indeed a thing. All manner of vegetables can be roasted with some very satisfactory results.

Kind of half interested in giving it a try, I eat broccoli every couple of days but it does get rather the same.

Don't waste your time with broccoli though. Cauliflower, a little oil, turmeric and cumin in a boil...toss and leave a while to soak....then roast til it goes nice and dark......
