Not always true.I was doing a fair lick on the motorway, saw camera van on bridge over motorway as I rounded a bend. Hit the brakes very hard, got pinged for 81mph and offered a speed awareness course.

If we accept this?It's been pretty much standard to be prosecuted for exceeding the limit for over a century so it's unlikely to shake the tree suddenly now.
