Anyone using Pico 4 VR with Assetto Corsa?
Discussion
Youngest bought the Pico 4 VR headset with his savings and Christmas money but is rather frustrated trying to use it with Assetto Corsa.
He currently has a Ryzen 5 2600x six core processor and Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050i. 32gb ram.
He tells me that the graphics card is the issue, and he needs to upgrade.. but has been known to extract the Michael so thought I’d ask for advice of what card I should look for.
Thanks in advance.

The 1050 is not a great card to be fair. The minimum spec for the Pico 4 is a GTX 970 ( specs) which is a fair bit faster than a 1050 ( comparison) so he may have a point.
What card to go for if you do upgrade really depends on how much you want to spend...
I have a 3060ti which is great for VR on my quest 2.

Thanks for the reply.
I think the plan is looking like a 1660 Ti or super, but he needs to save half the money from doing jobs around the home and I’ll help him with the rest.
Does that sound like the right GPU for a couple of hundred quid? I’m a bit out of my depth, I’m a Mac man these days and have never really been in to gaming,
I was offered an RTX 3080 Ti for £300 but a little concerned as it sounds a bit cheap, and tbh I don’t think the rest of the rig justifies a gpu like that.
Any advice greatly appreciated!
