As per the thread title, I’m looking for recommendations on which air tool oil to use?

I did get a free bottle of Snap On branded oil when I bought my first air tools, (a couple of small Blue Point items), but that bottle has nearly run out.

Many thanks in advance smile

A bit of ATF works well if you've got some handy.

Am I missing something? confused Why not use 'Air Tool Oil'?
It's blended for the job, hardly expensive (<£10?), and a litre bottle will probably last you a lifetime.

Yes, I thought that too biglaugh
Answer is, what ever brand of 'Air Tool Oil' is available to you locally.
Surely any brand of 'Air Tool Oil' is preferable to any brand of anything else! idea
FWIW I'm using a bottle of 'Sealey' brand 'Air Tool Oil' that I bought probably 20+ years ago.

I had to get some airline connectors from Machine Mart, so I settled on a bottle of their stuff for £7.19.
