Transfer of freehold to flat owners - TR1 document confusion
Discussion
We've recently bought a leasehold flat, and the freehold owners (formerly responsible for the management of the flats) have decided they are going to transfer the freehold to the flat owners.
As an elected representative of the newly formed Management Company, I have been sent a TR1 transfer document to sign - and it contains the following clause:
On querying this with the solicitor who issued the TR1 document, I am told this is correct.
Does this sound correct, given that all other owners barring these two are defined correctly?
Thanks in advance for help / advice!

11.1 In this Transfer “Leases” means the following:
(a) Lease of 1 <flat name> dated <date of sale> made between The Transferor (1) and <current owner> (2);
(b) Lease of 2 <flat name> dated <date of sale> made between the Transferor (1) and <current owner> (2);
/..etc.
< all existing owners are named here barring two which name a LTD company that was dissolved in 2014 > (and the flats have long since been sold on)
Now - as I would expect, all leases are defined according to the current flat owner, barring two, which are assigned to a dissolved company who hasn't had any interest in either flat since 2016.11.1 In this Transfer “Leases” means the following:

Those dissolved leases could be problematic - especially if anything belonged to those companies - all falls back into the crown!
Would they be a problem even if the flats are now owned by somebody else?The solicitor dealing with the process has advised that only the first entity to have bought a flat from the original freeholder (in our case the developer) must be recorded here, and not the current owner.

That's what prompted this thread.
