Replacing Armourfend?

Has anyone out there had a Porsche Centre (or anyone else) replace any of their Armourfend patches? Only I've got a scuff on the bit in front of the rear wheel on my Boxster S and my local OPC says they can't replace it properly as it's done by a machine at the factory. Surely this must be possible. Ironic really - when a scuff on the paintwork would probably T-cut out! Hmmn.
