Hi everyone (and Ted!)

"Website Feedback" of course has alot of 'can this be done' and 'can that be done' posts (not least by me!) but one thing I wanted to make comment on was the lack of signatures and customisability (is that a word?) on the forums.

FANTASTIC

There's nothing I hate more than chat forums where posters have hugely long signatures with 10 different photographs, an avatar, links, you name it.

I think the subtle and user-friendly way it is presented really makes it enjoyable to 'work with' as a forum and, I'm certain, that it's lack of crap filling each person's signature or avatar promotes more people to read during work hours (certainly does for me).

In a very TVR, things perhaps only get said when something goes wrong. Nothing's wrong - all's right!

So, to conclude, bravo for no signatures and no avatars. One's profile is the place to put this should you wish.

Thanks for reading,
Tony

Wouldn't mind a signature actually.. as long as there are limits...
The ones like above I've seen aswell and it's very annoying

Maybe something like a 25 word limit or 100 characters even..

It will save me having to type..

Thanks,
Dave
