Unusually not a complaint but praising.
I’ve got a 2 yr old Fiesta with 23k on the clock and I’m impressed with how good the wiper blades still are.
With the sheds I usually ran I was replacing blades every year even tho they were ‘decent’ ones.
Now I’m worried that when they eventually go I’ll be back to that same old routine.
Does anyone know where I could get the same blades? Would even a Ford dealer just give you aftermarket ones that I could buy anywhere?

My experience: I splashed out on some Bosch aerotwin wiper blades and they seemed to last no longer than cheap ebay wipers.
Personally I don't buy them because I think they Will last longer, I buy them because I think they are better.I generally get 2 to 3 years out of a pair. I think any rubber exposed to the elements is going to perish in that time anyway.

Bosch Aerotwin from Halfords. Will clip straight on to a Ford with no adaptors.
No need to pay for fitting.
From Halfords?! Are you made of money? No need to pay for fitting.
Wipers start to get expensive when you have half a dozen cars to maintain. I buy Bosch ones from Maison de Bezos for sometimes half the price Halfords charge.vikingaero said:

Is it that they shudder or chatter across the screen, or what? I have a 20-year-old car that I've only changed the wipers on once. Because they were stolen (yes really!) when I was working abroad in Germany. I've never found that wipers rarely actually wear out. Some just become stiff and don't follow the curvature of the windscreen properly, but that takes a few years to happen.
If it's the chattering problem, here's the fix:

I've historistically used the Bosch aeros and been very happy with them. However, on my current car I was disappointed to find that they diidn't fit the curvature of the screen as well as the originals, and so had to switch back to the OEM ones.
I do find though that giving them a wipe with 303 protectant whenever I wash the car helps to keep them in good condition and working well. I also ceramic coat the screen when I do the car, which also seems to help.
