Car I sold listed for £2.5k more a month after selling
Discussion
It wouldn't bother me at all. I like to see my old cars on the forecourt after I've traded them in to see how much more they are selling it for but with a private seller, as long as you were happy with the price he gave you then no problem. He may end up getting the same as he paid, he may get the asking price so good luck to him but he might also have to deal with a lot of hassle with people haggling him down as it's too high or it may take longer to sell due to the price so he has more hassle than you. People sell all sorts of stuff a bit cheaper for a quick sale and less hassle and others are prepared to hold out and have more grief for that extra dollar. honestly, I'd not be too upset over it.

Thank you for putting it into perspective. I’ll stop thinking about it

As title suggests, I've seen my car I sold a month ago relisted for £2.5k more online in the exact same condition it was bought after he wiggled me down on price.
Would this annoy anyone/ any funny replies I could send? Shall I just move on? I suppose I got what I wanted for the car so I shouldn't be too unhappy. Just a little surprised
You should be OK - it's the law that the buyer has to split the difference with you.Would this annoy anyone/ any funny replies I could send? Shall I just move on? I suppose I got what I wanted for the car so I shouldn't be too unhappy. Just a little surprised
