Business account for non resident

I am looking for a basic low fee business bank account in the UK, since moving abroad and being classed as an 'ex-pat' it seems to make things more difficult.

The account/business is only being used to hold property and cash so no day to day trading, just a few larger purchases throughout the year and relevant fees. For some reason Revolut wont give me one and I have had Starling in the past for another business and would like to avoid them at all costs if possible.

Can anyone else recommend a similar bank who offers basic accounts and quick set up?

I might be wrong on this but I'm fairly certain that you need to be UK domiciled to get a UK bank account - or have a proxy account holder in the UK.

Ex-Pat is a no no term just saying.... been there and done that, you are an emigrant.
