Buying online from Turkey - any experience?

I'm trying to buy some ignition modules from an outlet in Turkey, they are manufactured in Turkey and only available from a couple of websites, despite much internet searching.
One website only allows 'Turkey' to be selected as the country when entering the delivery address. I've had some communication with them using Google Translate but when I explain the problem, they reply with 'TM' which I think is their equivalent of 'OK'.
The second website is some sort of Turkish marketplace but to create an account there is a requirement for a Turkish phone number...
I did look at forwarding companies but most only provide access to specific large retailers.
Has anyone had experience of buying small items from Turkey and how to get them delivered to the UK?
