I bought a CD yesterday from a US based music store, and have recieved an email response telling me that they have shipped the item..... and I quote:

Your CD has been gently taken from our CD Baby shelves with
sterilized contamination-free gloves and placed onto a satin pillow.
A team of 50 employees inspected your CD and polished it to make sure
it was in the best possible condition before mailing.
Our packing specialist from Japan lit a candle and a hush fell over
the crowd as he put your CD into the finest gold-lined box that money
can buy.
We all had a wonderful celebration afterwards and the whole party
marched down the street to the post office where the entire town of
Portland waved 'Bon Voyage!' to your package, on its way to you, in
our private CD Baby jet on this day, Thursday, August 18th.
I hope you had a wonderful time shopping at CD Baby. We sure did.
Your picture is on our wall as 'Customer of the Year'. We're all
exhausted but can't wait for you to come back to CDBABY.COM!!

Also good for a laugh are the labels on "Innocent" drinks, especially the smoothies. My favourite so far is "contents may sperarate, but mummy still loves daddy"

Also their claim that if there lying you can tell their mums. And an ingrediants list that contains churches!
My favourite is the breakdown with pictures. Picture of an orange with 'we squeezed 1 of these' etc for a variety of fruit, then a picture of an arm chair with 'we didn't add any of these'

Girlfriend borrowed a book from someone that had a history of Innocent. Really fascinating read and nice to see a decent group of individuals making a success with honest products and some simple principles.
Also nice to see more people buying from CD Baby - they must be the best independent music store on the internet (with Boomkat running a close second, depending on your musical tastes). They even give you the option to ship without the jewel cases (you still get all the inlays and booklets) as on a big order it can save you shipping cost. Brilliant service.
