A Beemer?! What were you thinking...don't tell me it was a 3 or X5!

Anyway please list your (pathetic) excuses...listing rear seat room is not an excuse - who needs legs anyway!

...ah edited after reading the small text - an M5...which one? You will be given 12 months max to get back into the TVR fold, or you will be forever damned and sentenced to life in Bavaria

Well at least you can now chat on the beemer formums about upgrades etc, i.e. moving from the 2004 to 2005 edition as the smiths next door just got one.....well thats if they ever have time for such things as they always seem to be in such a rush, never have time for indicating, moving from lane 3 etc, but always seem to have the time for a friendly flash to the car in front

not that I owned one..

good for you. splitter.

of course, with or with or without the beemer, we all hated you anyway. so, really, you've just completed the package. cos now complete strangers will hate you too. finally, an optional extra that BMW don't charge extra for.

be happy mate

It's a 2001 M5 (E39) with all the trimmings (except the built-in hedgetrimmer).

Luckily, it also has a towbar which has promise.... mmmm.... trackday car..... muhahahahha.

Nervy old bean I know you've always been jealous of my boyish good looks and you just can't handle my awesome smarm. Sorry, I meant charm.

I will be back chaps, and yes I think M5 + Cerb is pretty good, though I may defect to Sp6 land with a Tusc RR... maybe. Possibly. Oh sod it, I'll work it out next year.

Yep, when I open my garage in the morning and have to choose between them, I feel like a dog with two nuts.

I'm no expert, but I think you will find most dogs have 2 nuts

Julian64 is the expert on biology, closest I came to it was driving an ambulance, but I think about 1/2 the dog population have two nuts. The rest are lady dogs.

I think you will find a lady dog is actually a bitch. Therefore, apart from the poor buggers who have been debagged I would say close on 100% of dogs have spuds.

Ah, you see, I was right all along... though I find the number of people with opinions about dogs genitals fairly disturbing!!!!

As an interloper on this site I have a Chimera but fortunate enough to have a five series BM as a company car.

Love the BMW to bits and without doubt the best daily drive I have had. The TVR by contrast has poor build quality but is the most invigorating drives I have had after wide experience of the Lotus stable.

Get yourself a TVR, S8 or Chimeara to keep yourself sane. They are quite affordable as a Sunday car I have an MGB but that is a different story...
