North Wales Road Trip - looking help

A few years ago I saw someone organising/advertising a trip around Snowdonia. They had created a PDF with maps detailing each day's journey including hotel and suggested land mark visits.

I wasn't able to join the planned trip but I downloaded the PDF thinking I'll use this someday. That day has come about but can I find said PDF. Filed away safely never to be seen again.

Does anyone have this PDF, or indeed something similar ?

I've been given lots of ideas but I find plagiarism easier than pulling a plan together :-)
