Spitfire Flight

My wonderful wife has just bought me a flight in a Spitfire as my retirement present 
She has said it can be a flight and airfield of my choosing and I recall a thread fairly recently about a chap that bought an experience for his mother but blowed if I can find it. So question is twofold, can anyone point me in the right direction of the thread and I’d welcome any other opinions of what’s best. I’m in Wiltshire but happy to travel for a once in a lifetime experience
