Which card for a single £15k payment

Morning all,
Will have the balance to pay shortly on a holiday, something like £15k.
Most our spending goes on the AmEx within anything else just on the usual Visa debit, however it feels like I’ll miss a trick here (they don’t take AmEx).
Looks like the Sainsbury’s CC might be the best bet from a rewards perspective, anyone have other ideas?
