Hey all

Loving the 2018 vanquish S I bought last year - real sense of occasion (and noise !) when I drive it, and lots of love at car shows and events.

One question - the ride in normal is still pretty firm and not much differentiation with sport (although track is noticeably firmer).

Is this normal or worth a check up (it has a timeless warranty)

I had all dampers changed under the Timeless warranty as two were misting very badly (only after 8,000 miles).

I did notice after the change that the suspension was more direct (not as bouncy) but it also included 4 new springs as AM only supply damper and spring as a unit.

Maybe worth looking to see if any misting is evident but it would be picked up on the MOT as an advisory.

Mine is a bit harder than my previous non S. No problem revealed on the last check.

Probably very subjective. as one man's firm, is another mans floppy! wink

What are you comparing it to?

I had a similar issue on the 675LT - ride was transformed with new accumulators - so guess I’m comparing to that.

Car is under a 2 year timeless warranty so nothing to lose getting it checked over I guess !
