BMW Specialist Manchester / Cheshire

Hi,

My S1000RR has been laid up in the garage for about 3 or 4 years whilst the kids of got in the way of riding

Not they are slightly more independent, I'm determined to get out on the bike this year in spring but think the bike probably needs a little TLC as well as an MOT before I do so

Can you point me in the direction of any bike specialists who you would use for service and maintenance work in either Cheshire or Manchester. If they are BMW specialist then all the better

They wanted £50+ to change a standard headlight bulb on my RT.

I imagine their servicing price for a out of warranty bike will still be strong money.

I need a service on mine and I'm also on the lookout for a Manchester based BMW specialist.

Try Ian Mackman (ex TT Racer) of 2 Machs in Northwich. I think he does all manufactures.

I had excellent service from them on my Kawasaki.

I have never used them so cannot reccomend but i know people that rate RGM in Croston near Southport.

My bike has a few stamps on the book from them.

Ideally I'd like to use someone more local to me.

Jonno at the now defunct Adventure Bike Warehouse ( Agecroft Enterprise Park, Shearer Way, Swinton) is who you need.
Problem is, I don't know where he is these days.

Try the tossers over at UKGSer's for advice.
