What does everyone do for fun? Seems lately we're watching too many DVD's, always drinking in the same holes, eating at the same gaffs, I miss that feeling of being in a new town, with everything still to discover.
What does everyone do for fun, either once off red letter type events (lets leave cars out of this thread) or stuff for couples that most towns cater for. Im not really a theatre type person, but that said I never give those types of things a chance.

I know what that feels like, went through the same thing a couple of months ago so in the next month I am starting....
Marshalling at Thruxton (starts tomorrow.!..)
Learning to Weld/restore body panels...at the local college (have a look at your local college prospectus for ideas, loads of different courses starting soon)
Play skittles
(live in the southwest so this is partially excusable). You do get to see a hell of a lot of different pubs! Learn Italian.
Basically I got to the stage where I realised I wasn't doing anything different and set about changing it. Kinda worried I have gone over the top a bit though!!!

Fun stuff...
Depends on weather...
bike rides,
walking- usually in forest type place,
Friday nights we normally go to the pub or get a chinky,
this is the first summer we lived together so we started getting to know gardening- growing out own tomatoes, chilli (
HOT!!) herbs, etc. obviously its a different type of fun though (getting older type fun)
shopping, sometimes if its in MK just go and watch people falling over in the snowdome thing
always vowed to go swimming but we never made it yet,
if we have a free weekend and are really bored I think we would go camping (i love it!)
