Very annoying ,due to pick up our new car today but dealer unable to tax it due to DVLA website being down , still time yet as dealer open till 4pm let's see

I'd just tax it tomorrow. It's not like you'll get caught.

Hi Robster, for me the tax and registering section is working fine too. Maybe dealer needs to clear his cookies / browser data and try again?

There is the option for the dealer to pay the extra couple of days tax so that you don't lose a full month. I had this in the past on a new car registered on the 30th of the month.

My thoughts too, I would of done it The day before , car only got delivered Friday pm so they are trying to get it ready for today

Thank you , I was lucky to get my this week, this is for the Gf and we have been waiting 7 months

I don't want her to be disappointed as she deserves this and more!

Spoke to dealer , they have to go through a Kia system which is down , going down there to wait
